You will work as one integrated POD across a .NET API, a React web dashboard, and an Expo React Native app, in two-week sprints with direct access to the client's architect and product owner. Offshore (India) with US Eastern overlap.

You own delivery quality across the whole POD. You set coding standards, run code reviews, unblock integration across API, web, and mobile, and act as the primary technical interface with the client's engineering leadership. This role exists to bridge all three codebases, so breadth matters as much as depth.
What you need
- .NET 8 / C# with production APIs shipped on the current LTS.
- ASP.NET Core Web API: RESTful design, versioning, dependency injection.
- Entity Framework Core 9: query optimization and migration strategy.
- Azure: App Service, Functions, Key Vault, Application Insights, Entra ID.
- React 18 and TypeScript at review level, plus MUI and MSAL familiarity.
- React Native at review level, including observable/reactive state patterns.
- Team-level Git workflows: feature branches, PR standards, merge strategy.
- CI/CD literacy, Swagger/OpenAPI standards, and API contract design.
- Security fundamentals: Entra ID token flows, key management, secure APIs.
Nice to have
- Prior offshore POD experience serving a US enterprise client.
- Scheduling, dispatch, or field operations domain exposure (construction, logistics, utilities).
- OpenTelemetry or distributed tracing.

You own the service layer that powers both the web dashboard and the mobile app. This role is for someone who writes clean, testable API contracts and has genuine Azure depth, not deployment-only exposure. You will also build integrations with third-party HR, payroll, and job-import systems.
What you need
- .NET 8 / C#: current version, not .NET Framework only.
- ASP.NET Core Web API: controllers, middleware, DI, action filters.
- EF Core 9: migrations, LINQ optimization, no N+1s, indexing awareness.
- SQL Server: query writing, stored procedures, spatial data awareness.
- Azure App Service and Functions: deployment, configuration, scaling.
- Azure Key Vault, Application Insights, Entra ID, and Blob Storage.
- Repository pattern and clean layered architecture.
- AutoMapper, FluentValidation, and Swagger/OpenAPI documentation.
- Unit and integration testing for all backend services.
Nice to have
- Azure Event Grid or Service Bus, event-driven patterns.
- QuestPDF or EPPlus for document and spreadsheet generation.
- OpenTelemetry / distributed tracing setup.
- gRPC or microservices exposure.
Please note: this is a .NET and Azure role. A Node.js/GraphQL backend background, or Azure experience limited to deployment, will not be a fit.

You build the web application that coordinators, dispatchers, timekeepers, and branch operations teams live in. It is data-dense: complex grids, calendar views, map integrations, and real-time job status. We care about hands-on React 18 and MUI craft more than years on a resume.
What you need
- React 18.3+: hooks (useReducer, useContext, useMemo, useCallback), modern patterns.
- TypeScript: you write it, not just read it.
- Material-UI (MUI) v5: components, theming, responsive grid.
- MUI X Data Grid: large datasets, sorting, filtering, pagination.
- React Router 6+: nested and protected routes.
- MSAL and Entra ID: token acquisition, silent refresh, role-based rendering.
- Formik + Yup (or React Hook Form + Zod) for multi-step forms.
- Axios: interceptors, loading/error/empty state handling.
- XLSX and jsPDF export, plus Jest and React Testing Library.
Nice to have
- Azure Application Insights client SDK.
- Microsoft Clarity implementation.
- Map or calendar component experience.
- Create React App with CRACO configuration.
On state: this codebase uses React hooks and useReducer, not Redux. Redux experience is welcome, but you should be comfortable in hook-based patterns.

You own the app field crews actually use on site: clock in and out, safety documentation, task tracking, timesheets. It has to work offline in poor connectivity and sync reliably when the signal returns, on personal devices across mixed iOS and Android versions.
What you need
- React Native 0.76+ and Expo SDK 52+ on the bare workflow.
- Observable/reactive state management, our key requirement (see note).
- React 18.3+ and TypeScript, React Navigation 6+.
- Offline-first architecture: local persistence, sync queue, conflict resolution.
- Geolocation for GPS-validated clock in and out.
- Expo Camera, NFC via react-native-nfc-manager, AsyncStorage, file system ops.
- Axios with proper retry and timeout handling.
- EAS Build, with apps shipped to both the App Store and Google Play.
- Jest and React Native Testing Library.
Nice to have
- React Hook Form with Zod.
- Azure Application Insights SDK for React Native.
- React Native Paper, Microsoft Clarity.
- Detox or equivalent end-to-end mobile testing.
Our main screening criterion: this app is built on an observable/reactive state model (Legend State). We look for production experience with Legend State, MobX, Zustand, RxJS observable streams, Signals, or Vue's reactivity model. Redux or Context alone will not demonstrate the pattern we need. Be ready to talk through optimistic updates and offline sync in a reactive model.
